Project Overview

Diagnostic Companion is a mobile app that integrates the home-diagnostic and telehealth workflows, streamlining the entire process from test to treatment to to enhance accessibility to healthcare. As a B2C solution, it allows diagnostic companies to cutomize their customer experience according to their unique diagnostic offerings.

I'm the lead UX designer for this project from 0 to 1, delivering the defined user flows and MVP design through working closely with a cross-functional team.
